Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds work for bookings at Furomon Island Resort. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
Guest-initiated cancellation
- More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund of amounts paid, minus any non-refundable fees stated at booking.
- 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund of amounts paid.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund unless we can resell the room nights, in which case we may offer a partial credit at our discretion.
- No-show: No refund.
Changes to dates or rooms
Date or room changes depend on availability and may affect the rate. Contact reservations as early as possible. One complimentary change may be offered when requested at least 7 days before arrival; additional changes may incur a fee.
Resort-initiated cancellation
If we must cancel your booking (e.g. force majeure, safety, or overbooking), we will offer a full refund or rebooking on comparable terms.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, within 7-10 business days. bKash, bank, or card refunds may take longer depending on your provider.
Advance payment plans
If you paid a partial advance (e.g. 50%), cancellation rules apply to all amounts paid. The balance due at checkout is not charged if you cancel before arrival under an eligible refund window.
