These Terms and Conditions govern bookings and stays at Furomon Island Resort Ltd (“Furomon”, “we”, “us”). By completing a reservation through our website or with our reservations team, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

A booking is confirmed only after we accept your reservation and you receive a confirmation reference. You must provide accurate guest and contact details. Rates quoted at checkout apply to the dates and room types selected; inventory is held only upon confirmation.

Check-in and conduct

Standard check-in and check-out times apply as communicated in your confirmation. Guests must comply with resort rules, local laws, and staff directions. We may refuse service or end a stay without refund where conduct threatens safety, property, or other guests.

Payments

You may pay in full or an agreed advance (e.g. 50%) at booking; any balance is due at checkout unless otherwise stated. Accepted methods are shown at checkout. You are responsible for bank or gateway fees charged by your provider.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Furomon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any claim relating to your stay is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking, except where a higher minimum is required by law.
