Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you sign up we get your email, username, and whatever profile info you decide to fill in (display name, bio, social links, avatar, background). If you register through Discord, we get your Discord ID, username, and avatar from them. Connecting other platforms (GitHub, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter/X, Spotify, Steam, Telegram, Last.fm) gives us your public username and account ID from those services. We also count profile views, but those are anonymous — we don't track who's looking.
2. What we do with it
We use your info to run your account and show your profile. That's basically it. We don't sell it, we don't use it for ads, and we don't hand it to data brokers.
3. File uploads
Avatars and backgrounds get stored through Uploadthing. They're publicly accessible (they have to be — they're on your profile). You can remove them whenever you want from your dashboard.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, plus short-lived ones during OAuth flows (like Discord login) for security. There's also a locale preference cookie for language. That's the lot — no tracking cookies, no ad cookies, no creepy cross-site stuff.
5. How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. Delete your account and everything goes with it — profile data, uploads, the lot.
6. Your rights
You can view, change, or delete your data at any time through the dashboard. Want to nuke your whole account? There's a button for that in settings. If you need a full data export, just ask.
7. Third-party services
We use Uploadthing for file hosting, Stripe for payments, and various platform APIs for account linking. When you connect a platform, we swap an auth code with them to get your public info. When you buy something or sub to snus+, Stripe handles the payment — we never see your card number. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
8. Age
This site isn't for under-13s. If we find out a child has signed up, we'll remove their data.
9. Payments
Stripe handles all payment processing. We keep a record of your Stripe customer ID and what you've bought (item, status, dates), but we never store card details. You can manage billing and cancel subs through the billing portal on the store page.
10. Multiple domains
Your profile can show up on snus.xxx, snus.rip, snus.wtf, snus.fun, and ilovesnus.lol. You control which ones from your dashboard. Same privacy rules apply everywhere.
11. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date. Keep using the site after that and you're accepting the update.
