1. The basics
By using snus.xxx you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We might update these from time to time — if you keep using the platform after we do, that counts as accepting the changes.
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe — that's on you. Use real info when you sign up and keep your profile accurate. Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility.
3. Don't be a cunt
No spam, no impersonation, no malware, no illegal content, no harassment. Pretty standard stuff. If we catch you doing any of that, your account gets binned — no warning needed.
4. Your content
Anything you upload — your avatar, background, links, bio — that's yours. We don't claim ownership of it. We just need permission to actually display it on the site, which you're giving us by using the platform.
5. Payments
snus+ and store items are optional. Payments go through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel — you can do that whenever you want from the billing portal, and you'll keep access until the end of what you've already paid for. Store purchases are final. We might change prices but your existing sub stays at whatever you signed up for.
6. Third-party stuff
You can link Discord, GitHub, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter/X, Spotify, Steam, Telegram, Last.fm, and others to your profile. When you do, we pull your public info from those platforms. If they go down or change something on their end, that's not on us. You can disconnect anything at any time from your dashboard.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep things running, but we can't promise 100% uptime. Things break sometimes. We might also change or remove features without notice. Your profile works across multiple domains (snus.xxx, snus.rip, snus.wtf, snus.fun, ilovesnus.lol) — you pick which ones.
8. Account removal
We can suspend or delete your account if you break the rules or cause problems. You can also delete your own account whenever you want from your dashboard settings.
9. Liability
We're not liable for anything indirect — lost data, lost profits, downtime, whatever. The site is provided as-is. Use it at your own risk.
10. Updates to these terms
We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you're agreeing to the new version.
